Our house is currently closed to protect our service users, volunteers, staff and the wide community. Click here to find out how we can support you during this difficult time.
Our programme for the new year offers a wide range of new and popular activites offered in two key ways:
Drop in sessions, open to anyone to drop in as often as they wish, with dedicated sessions for both men and women, carer's and those people affected by the emotional impact of a cancer diagnosis.
Group programmes, based around exercise, relaxation and creativity. Registrations are essential for these sessions and can prove very popular, so please book as soon as possible.
We are a charity based in Ballycastle and we offer support to promote positive health and wellbeing, in a warm and welcoming environment.
We provide a wide range of support including talking therapies and skills based activities, both in groups and one to one.
We would encourage you to visit us, even if you are not attending one our programmes. You will be made welcome and offered a cuppa.
